Setting up your wholesale account with Sherpa Pet Group
is easy. All we need is your company information, shipping address and
billing information. When you are ready to place an order we will be
happy to consult with you on product selection, merchandising and any
other needs you may have.
Order from all your favorite vendors at once!
Now you no longer have to constantly meet multiple order minimums
from different vendors; get the best in collars, leads, harnesses, toys
and accessories all from one place – Sherpa Pet Group! Our order
minimum is $100 and you may order from any of our brands to meet the
minimum. Our brands include: Cloak & Dawggie, Dog Mountain, Fox
& Hounds, GoDog, Sherpa and Woof Wear.

Qualified Businesses
Sherpa Pet Group sells
directly to legally registered businesses within the United States and
internationally. In order to purchase products at wholesale prices,
each business must be prepared to present the following: a Federal
employer identification number (E.I.N.) and/or a re-seller's license
(issued by state or country). Individual consumers are strictly
prohibited from purchasing Sherpa Pet Group products at wholesale
prices.
Backorder Policy
Sherpa Pet Group will
automatically ship all out of stock merchandise once it becomes
available. Customers are responsible for canceling outstanding items if
they wish to avoid having these items shipped automatically. Shipping
charges are applied to the shipment of out of stock items.
Payment
All first orders are shipped on prepaid
terms. Sherpa Pet Group accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Customers may continue on prepaid terms or apply for Net 30 terms by
submitting the credit application available for download at our website. Applications are usually processed within 2 to 3 weeks.
Delivery & Shipping
Sherpa Pet Group typically ships within 2 business days after receiving
an order. Domestic orders are shipped via insured UPS Ground Service.
We can accommodate expedited shipping needs with UPS 2day, 3day or
overnight services. Orders are shipped from our Rockaway, NJ location.
International orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Global
Express Service. Orders over $500 in the continental US receive
FREE SHIPPING! Orders requiring more than one shipment may incur additional shipping.
Drop Ship Policy
Sherpa Pet Group does not currently offer drop shipping.
Return Policy
Sherpa Pet Group guarantees that our products are free from
manufacturer damage and defect. We accept returns for damaged or
defective merchandise, and for items sent in error ONLY. We will
replace or give a full merchandise credit for damaged or defective
items.
